I have some bandwidth usage that may be normal, but I’d like to know more. Look at the image I uploaded. I have something downloading over a gigabyte on the hour, every hour, and I’d like to find out more. Can I see any details about this in the Balance 380 dashboard… like what device is doing this?

You can see what device(s) are using this bandwidth under Status > Usage Reports > Hourly/Daily. Under the graphical chart that’s generated will be the time under the Hourly report and the date under the Daily usage report. You can click on the blue text and sort by Download on the screen that opens.
