Bandwidth bonding

Dear community,

I would like your help in selecting a Peplink hardware for a yacht client of mine who wants to have Starlink + 5G LTE cellular.

Except using priority interfaces he wants to be able to get data from both internet links simultaneously, so if i.e. he has 100Mbit from Starlink and 100Mbit from LTE then he will have 200Mbs available.

From what i read online this is called bandwidth bonding.

can you help me please?

Thank you in advance.

have you done any research? peplink.com has resources. forum has resources. here is an example: https://www.peplink.com/technology/speedfusion-bonding-technology/

have you considered contacting a peplink partner?

its not as simple as taking 100mbps from one and 100mbps from another and adding together. there is overhead and multiple variables.

what is the actual use case?

what needs 200mbps?

Yes. You have it right. Check out this document from Peplink. It’ll give you a good overview. If you have some general questions you can certainly pose them here. But, as @mystery indicated, consulting with a Peplink Partner would be a good way to go. Telling us where in the world you are located would be a good first step in getting that started if you wish.
