It seems there is a big difference between the reported data use on InControl, and the data consumption as reported by the ISP for both Starlink and 4G/5G connections.
E.g. on a particular day, I see 101 GB Starlink data consumption on InControl whilst Starlink reports only 52 GB. In total for a give period I have 197 GB reported by InControl and 108 by Starlink. The difference seems that big to me to just call it “overhead”.
The same accounts for the 4G/5G data: 51 GB according to the ISP whilst 113 GB according to InControl on a roaming subscription of 92 GB 
Am I the only one with such huge differences? How to explain them? And how can this be fixed in order to set the allowance monitor in the Peplink correct? Thanks
