I have three metered connections coming into the house I have the balance 20 to accommodate due to it has a Bandwidth allowance Monitor. I would like to be able to make it where each user can only use a certain amount of data each month. I can manage the bewitch uses but not the total amount of data each person uses. I am trying to eliminate data hogs.
