Balance310 5G-how to lock the modem to 5G network

Hi guys,

Can any please advise how we can lock the 5G module inside Balance310-5g to the 5G network?
we have strong 5G coverage in the area but the device keeps connecting to 4G. So I think locking the device to 5G will force it to connect to 5G.

I didn’t know these were out yet, what model is in use when you look at the engineering data link?

You cant actually as it goes first to 4g and only then to 5g. Also, I cant even lock them on a specific operator, there is no option to scan for networks or plmn list
