Balance One Warranty

Hi All,

Is it possible to extend the warranty on a Balance One after the purchase? I purchased from Amazon and didn’t realize that extending the warranty was an option if purchased via peplink.

Our one year warranty expires on 02/28/15 and we need a couple of the new features in the upcoming 6.2 firmware.

You have free updates until the 7.x releases.

Yes, Xerxes is correct. You will get lifetime updates to firmware for the 6.x.x family. You will only need to be in warranty to make the jump to 7.x.x. If you still would like to add warranty for other reasons please reach out to me directly. We can help you add this as we are the North American and European distributor.
