Balance One WAN 1 health check failed

Hi,

Approximately 2 months after purchase, our WAN went down with permanently failing health check. Our router would still successfully receive static public IP but no traffic would pass through. I contacted the ISP about the issue asking them to perform health checks on their side. They could ping our IP. A laptop plugged in directly to their hardware could successfully connect to internet.

I switched our connection to WAN 2 with identical settings and our connection is up and running.

Does that indicate Peplink hardware failure on LAN 1?
