Balance One VPN not allowing all users to connect

Hello

Customer of ours has a Balance one. They have 46 users doing a VPN to the network remotely. System is not allowing users to be all connected. Specs state up to 60 users for a VPN, Why would user not be allowed to connect until one or two people disconnect then.

Have you reached out to your local Peplink Partner to check your installation?
You may be best to raise a Peplink Support ticket. When you have your ticket number, post the support ticket number back here for the Peplink team to see.

Things to check:

  • Incoming bandwidth availibility
  • Installed firmware version
  • Hardware version (HW Ver #)
