Balance One Support and Warranty: 1-Year Firmware Upgrade

Hi, I just noticed that according to this page: https://www.peplink.com/balance-model-comparison-updated-performance/, the firmware upgrade is only provided for one year. What happens after the first year? Is there some support license that needs to be purchased?

pretty sure they changed their stance and firmware updates are available to all regardless of active support contract or not. https://www.peplink.com/support/downloads/

Thx, I saw the downloads page before. I am hoping a Peplink team member could chime in to clarify the statement on the page.

Firmware upgrades are free regardless of warranty status of the device.
