Thank you! Just the fix I needed for my CM500 modem with Comcast/Xfinity. I guess the DHCP lease expires at some point but not wanting to find out how long that takes, so this was a quick and easy fix. Long term, I agree that waiting a few minutes and see if the modem latches onto the Balance One’s default MAC address would be ideal.
