After selecting IPv6 on my Balance One The LAN IP in IPv6 is given with two values separated by a comma
IPv6: fe70::256:caff:fe60:a391, 2601:647:ce00:3cf9::bd06
what are these two values telling me? IPv6 address and subnet, 6to4? I can’t find any documentation on these values meaning in the manual or online. Appreciate straightening this up with me.
The first one is link local IPv6 address which only be accessible by device direct connected to Balance’s LAN port. The second one is global IPv6 address which can be accessible by any device from LAN or internet.
