Balance One Core not starting - Status led stay red

Hello everyone,

I have receive my new balance one core but at firts power initialization it’s not starting. Status led stay red but network port show activity. device is unuseable.

Any advice about this please.

I’d do this, in order.

  1. Do a hard reset – this will return the router to factory defaults.
  2. If no success there, I’d suggest contacting the organization from which you purchased the product.
  3. The next alternative would be to enter a support ticket here – Peplink Ticketing System.

Out-of-the-box failures are quite rare.
