Balance One Core - Not Responding

Device has worked great until a few days ago, when after a user logged out, it started dropping packets terribly for a few minutes, then earlier today, performance over the WAN was terrible (we have dual-WAN’s, a 10Mb fiber and a 250Mb cable, which is more than enough for us), then finally after everyone was gone for the day, suddenly it was not longer pingable from either WAN connection (externally). I drove into the office and it was not pingable via the LAN either. All lights were on and it appeared to be working.

Power cycled brought it back up and it’s working great again.

I’m very concerned that the device is failing. We’ve only had it for 5 months.

Please help to download Diagnostic Report and open ticket on this. We need further investigation.
