When you manage tunnels through incontrol the create vpn profile option in the Balance router is not available. There is no way to use both of the conf methods?
That’s right. You either manage via InControl2 or do it manually. The approaches are for different use cases really.

There is a way to combine manual and automatic but not on the same device.
If you select the option “add device”
You can add manually the serial number of the device then configure locally the device while the rest of the sites will be configured automatically.
This trick doesn’t work if both ends of auto and manual pepvpn are for the same device.
