After upgrading Balance 310 from 6.x.x to 7 the web management page now blank.
192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi = blank white page.
Did a factory reset, no help.
Is it working? Can you access the internet still? All lights green on the front?
If so then first suspect would be cached browser content. Try clearing the cache, use incognito mode and try a different browser to see what happens.

Did not help. It does pass traffic to the internet. I have a laptop plugged into the LAN.
Any red lights on the front?

No red lights. status light is green.
What browser and have you tried different browsers? Also, don’t let it auto-complete, back space to just the IP and try that
Chrome=NoGo, Firefox=NoGo, Edge= works… ??? I’m really confused now! But I’m back in it.
Is there anything I can do so I can manage it from a browser other than Microsoft Edge ?
Try http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi?mode=config&option=main in Chrome and report what happens

That worked in Chrome. 
So can you get in via http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi now?
If you still can’t get in with Chrome and just the IP then I would go in to the Chrome Settings, Advanced, Clear Cache and specifically clear the cookies and images
