I have just installed a Balance e30 and have both Comcast and At&T. My Comcast connection I have is a 50Mbps connection but my Peplink is limiting it to max out at 30Mbps. I have checked my Comcast speed by bypassing the Peplink and I do have 50Mbps speed without it. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this in my Peplink?
Can you confirm you have a current version of the Balance 30? The newer version is a metal enclosure while the older version is plastic.
