Issue with USB LTE:

  1. USB Watchdog doesn’t work.
    Powercycle does help to get USB device back online
  2. Signal level shows full (all bars) which is logically I assume means good signal
    but this is not true.

LTE Device is ATT U313

  1. Device locks up every night

Our support team is working with you on the USB LTE compatibility issue, and we shall release the firmware that fix the device locks up issue very soon. Will keep you informed once the firmware available.
