If a bandwidth limiting (per user) is created (say 10% of nominal bandwidth each user) and in a given moment there’s only one active user, will this user be capped at 10% or could it be possible to assign all the available bandwidth to him/her?
If you are referring to User Group Bandwidth Control then the set rules will be enforced when the WAN is in full load and this is determined by DL/UL settings that are configured on the WAN setup page. These should be set to the actual line speed of the connection. You can refer to section 20 of the user manual for more details. Thanks.
