Balance 580 not showing hourly data or daily

I did make some changes in the wan and lan addresses… does it need a reboot…?

Did you change the device time settings ? if yes, it may affect the device report. Make sure you restart the device as requested after you had changed the device time .

Beside that, may i know the firmware version running for your B580 ? If the device not running latest firmware, would you please arrange to upgrade the device using the latest firmware to isolate any potential old firmware issue ? You can download the latest firmware by using the following link:

Yes I think that I did change the time zone. I’ll reboot it.
