With 2 x 1Gbps lines (1 in each WAN) and a outbound throughput of 300Mbps our unit runs at 90% CPU - anyone got any suggestions on how to lower that CPU??

You have two wan, and each one is 1Gbps? Correct? so… 2Gbps at total.
But… the device is handle only 1.5Gbps.
- Stateful Firewall Throughput: 1.5 Gbps
