Balance 380 and 4x AP One

Hi Team,

We have a client running a Balance 380 as the AP Controller for 4x AP One.
It’s been running smoothly for months, but since this morning, no traffic passes on the Wi-Fi.
A device connects, receives and IP, but no traffic passes.
If we connect the same same via cable to the LAN, it runs smoothly.
Apple device connects and works without issue.

Standard troubleshooting all checked and rechecked.

If you can assist, it would be much appreciated.

Can you share network diagram? B380 also as internet gateway for LAN hosts?

Can you elaborate more on “A device connects, receives and IP, but no traffic passes.”? Where the traffic stop if you do trace route from PC to internet?
