Our customer just install Balance 305 for their netwotk.
For Zoom they used Cisco Webex codec and in confrence they used two (2) Screen: one for camera and other for Screen sharing ( as picture )
Before insert Peplink this configuration worked fine but after install BAlance 305 Box. They only got one Display, the second was blank.
They removed Peplink Box and they can see two screen simultaneously.
Any experience or solution ?

When you put the B305 into the routing path do you add more than one WAN connection?
When the B305 is not being used what replaces it?
Also try setting the SIP passthrough to compatibility mode in Network > Misc. Settings | Service Passthrough.

Sorry late response. i am open a ticket for this but not yet gain any succcess.
your advise was tried but found they dont use SIP, instead they use H.245 for DUOVIDEO application.
this is my ticket #22100926
from packet capture : i cpture normal application without Peplink and failed application there is incomplete H.245 packet to support dual display.
any experienced and advise will help

I’m working on your ticket and in the ticket we are trying hard to get the VC application connection requirements but not much info that can be provide by your team .
We just get the update from your team today mentioned about the VC application require H.239 & H.245 and we are looking on this and will get back to you after discussed with Engineering team.
We may need your help to arrange the test lab device so that we can further look at the VC device connection requirements.
