Balance 305 fw 8.30 with Fusion Hub: Outbound policy no longer working?

Hi All,

I have a Balance 305 connected with a Fusion Hub on an Amazon instance with fixed IP, fw 8.3.0 on both device and instance.
The Fusion channel is made with all the four available WAN’s. Everything use to work as desired.

I have since almost one year the outbound policy set to have two particular PC’s (work PC’s, 100% reliability necessary) through the Fusion hub (by IP and by MAC address, any port any protocol any destination), and everything else in the LAN is set with Priority on the four WAN’s directly. This is to cut the AWS traffic and bills and have smaller ping times and higher speeds for the other devices.

Now, since upgrading to 8.3.0, I noticed that each and every device in the LAN gets only the Amazon IP ! All PC’s, all tablets, all smartphones.

I went again through the outbound policy page, and everything is how it should be: two rules on top for the two computers, Any protocol any destination enforced to the Fusion Hub, a couple of others rules for other devices in Priority mode across the Wan’s, and finally a default rule that again has any-everything Prioirty on the four Wans (not FusionHub).

Am I missing something? Is there some other settings I may have forgotten or it may be required?

Thanks!

Can you screenshot your ourbonud policy list of rules please. And then the rules themselves?

Any chance you have turned on ‘Send All Traffic to’ in Advanced > SpeedFusion VPN?

O wow, that was it! I had “Sent All Traffic to SpeeFusion” enabled! I must have done it right after updating the firmware.
That was an easy one then, all good now thanks!!
