Balance 30 with web filtering

I am currently only using my Balance 30 to switch my DSL over to my Satellite backup if there is an outage.

From the Balance 30 I send all the traffic into pfsense which is also running a transparent web filter Diladele.

Is there a way that I can send all traffic directly from the Balance 30 through the web filter without using pfsense?
