Balance 30 LTE Firmware update

Good day,

We have in our Balance 30 LTE Firmware version 8.1.3 Build 5021

I tried to update for newer Firmware, but after he finished the update, we reboot himself and go back to the old version Firmware.

Does anyone know why this is?

It is most likely under management in InControl which is ‘fixing’ the firmware situation so it matches its policies when you try to change it locally on the device.
