I have a Balance 30 which is about a year old. I have had no problems with it until recently.
I deiced last week to redo my network and unplugged the unit for a few days. When i connected the Balance 30 back up it would not issue me with an ip address, so i decided to reset it with the reset switch on the front. Pressing the button on my router does nothing. I can feel the reset switch being pushed but the router will not reset even after a 30 second push.
I have also tried to use static ip addresses on the PC trying to connect to the router, again nothing.
Any Ideas?
