We are using a Balance 30 (firmware 6.2.2 build 3008) with a 30Mbps X 30Mbps terrestrial microwave internet connection (Static IP). We are using the Captive Portal with no bandwidth restrictions. We have a customer with the following issue - *There is a little issue with the connection time outs. Sometimes when a large download is running - like an OS update - and there are some longish pauses - like torrent downloads have from time to time - the system goes into a timeout and requires another pass at the captive portal.

Do you have any information on what could be happening and any possible resolution?
