Balance 20X VPN to Transit on the Move

Hi All,

Hope you are well. Happy to join this community.

I would like to know if it would be possible to create a VPN through the following:

Balance 20X > ISP Router with Public IP Address > Transit DUO.

I would like to use PepVPN with it, but I think the public address it’s stopped on the ISP router and the devices can’t handshake.

I’ve haven’t been very involved with Peplink products and I am a novice with interest. If you could please point me the right direction that would be great.

If you transit duo is using cellular connections it liekly doesn’t have a public IP that accepts inbound connections, so it needs to create the VPN tunnels outbound to the balance 20x.

On the ISP router you need to port forward TCP 32015 and UDP 4500 from the public IP to the WAN IP of the Balance 20x then the transit will be able to build a tunnel in to the 20X.
