Balance 20x Virtual WAN not functioning

I have a Balance 20x and a MAX BR1 5g Pro. My ISPs are T-Mobile Home and Starlink. I configured both with the same Virtual WAN and outbound policies.
The virtual wan on the balance 20x connects and pulls ip/dns from the ISP device. It will not route traffic. My whole network looses internet connection. The same configuration and ISP devices funtion as expected on the virtual WAN on my MAX BR1 5g Pro.
I don’t see anything obvious in logs/events. Is there a difference between the hardware. Both are running the same os version. I just tried it on 8.5 and got the same result.
Open to thoughts.

What are your outbound rules?

Thank you for responding. This is what the policy looks like from InControl. I loose internet connection when I enable the VLAN WAN 1 interface is activated.

I verified that the outboud policies from InControl are migrating to the device.

I cleared the outbound policies: no change.

I also tried lowering the MTU with no change.

Can you check the terminate sessions on recovery check box?
Also check your active sessions tab of your clients to see how the data is flowing.

Thank you. I enabled the terminate sessions on recovery box. Verified that it applied on the device. I can see a lot of client connections terminate from WAN but don’t recover on VLAN WAN 1. When I move VLAN WAN 1 to backup, all the connections reestablish.

I was able to get this working with my Starlink. The T-Mobile Home gateway still does not function on the Virtual WAN. It seems to be something to do with DNS. I put a TAP on the connection and can see some issue but don’t have the time to fight it at the moment. I think it maybe something to do with how T-Mobile is handling DNS.
Thank you for the input. It really did help.

Even after clearing the outbound policies and lowering the MTU, there hasn’t been any change.
