I have a Balance 20X with a 5G FlexModule Mini installed (model EXM-MINI-5GH, the Sierra EM9191 variant). The Balance is running firmware 8.2.1. When using the Balance’s inbuilt 4G connectivity, I can easily see which wireless technology is being used, the band, and the RSSI. For the life of me, I can’t find this information anywhere for the 5G connection. I hate to ask such a dumb question, but can someone point me to where I can find these details for 5G FlexModule Mini’s connection? Many thanks!
Is it connected to 5G or LTE? I have no problem showing the figures.
My B20X is running 8.2.1 and below is the cellular firmware version:

It looks strange. I even don’t see your “5G Cellular” was connected as LTE or 5G. We are using the same hardware and firmware. So, I suspect it is related to the ISP. Please help to open a ticket for us to take a look. I can’t comment further without accessing the device.

Thank you for the advice, I’ve raised a ticket just now.
I might mention that we also see no signal information from a B20X using the built-in modem. See below.
If we want to see the signal metrics we need to click on the signal icon:
This is on a Balance 20X, HW1, 8.2.1s021 build 5200.
That last screen doesn’t look like a B20X system… It has the drag and drop priority of a MAX Transit…
Either way, my B20X gives the Network and Band right after the Country/Region, Like TK’s example
I suggest that you open a ticket so support can check… This might be dependent on your specific carrier or other things that aren’t the same in our region.

Having the same problem with a Balance 580X and the FlexModule 5G.
It’s not even showing LTE(-A) or 5G badges and connection bars next to the connected provider.
Engineering Data is empty.
Have you added the FlexModule after you were already running 8.2.1 firmware? We have had this issue with 20X before. We reflashed 8.2.1 while the module was inside the unit and than the firmware of the module was also updated and shows all the info.
