Balance 20x Speedfusion speeds very slow?

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently reinstated a disused Balance 20x, including upgrading of Firmware to 8.4, new Primecare subscription and setting up of a Speedfusion tunnel via the Netherlands.

I’ve managed to get everything working, including a Cellular connection on 3UK, and a virtual WAN connection on LAN Port 1. The Speedfusion tunnel has been set to receive all traffic (via Outbound rules) and is definitely up (and giving a Netherlands IP)

My problem is that throughput is very slow (as per Speedtest.net and the Google Speed Test) - Only a few Kbps each way

I’m wondering whether I have missed a setting or more likely added a setting I shouldn’t have

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi James,
Are you using speedfusion cloud or your own hosted Fusionhub?
I would suggest you launch the SF graphs and run a speedfusion speedtest in Status > Speedfusion (using these buttons against the profile image.png
) and then post a screenshot of the graphs here for us to look at together.
