my balance speedfusion cloud connection seems to drop at least a few times a day is tyheir a setting to make it so the connection stays going even if the speedfusion connection stops working
This wouldn’t be the SFC connection dropping but rather an issue with the WAN itself. What does the event log show?
Do you have an active secondary WAN connection and is it in priority 1 on the dashboard?
I have 2 wans the primary is a cable internet gateway with 1gbps both directions and the 2nd is a vlan connection through Lan as wan which is a Verizon 5g home gateway 300mb down and 100 mb up all it says is connection is down when this happens both are on priority one for load
Are both connections green on the dashboard? If so, can you ping google.com on the system > tools > ping page on both connections?
Up until it says I’ve lost connection everything shows green yes
