Balance 20X - Multiple Ethernet WAN?

I’m using a Balance 30 LTE and was looking at upgrading to the 20X for LTE-A. However, I’d be downgrading from 2 Ethernet WAN to 1.

Is it possible to use a LAN port on the 20X as a WAN port?

Hi,

You cannot change any of the LAN ports in WAN ports however if you get yourself a USB to ethernet converter you can use the USB port as an ethernet WAN port.

Out of curiosity, what would the throughput be in this scenario?

100Mbps for the USB adapter.

If you need more than that and require more than one Ethernet WAN I would probably look at something like a 310X (but they do cost a fair bit more).
