Where do I find the free license to activate one of my LAN ports as a Virtual WAN port that is supposed to be part of the Primecare+ support for the Balance 20X?

You don’t need to find it.
Make sure you’re running fw 8.3 and have active primecare subscription and it will be visible in your dashboard.

Ok I do see the (V3) VLAN WAN 1.

How do I assign that to port 4 so I can plug in my StarLink dish?

Note if the uplink interface had defaulted to LAN rather then WAN things would have gone a lot smoother…

Perhaps, but a virtual WAN defaulting to the WAN interface is more logical :wink:
