Balance 20s "Offline" but not (?)

Anyone else getting almost constant online/offline notifications for their Balance 20s today?

I’ve got two of them used for a hardware VPN, they both keep going online/offline as far as InControl is concerned. From what I can tell- they are actually online. The Internet connections involved have also not gone down and are not failing.

I don’t know if this is something going on with the routers themselves, or if InControl is having issues.

Thank you for the reply. I ended up opening a Support ticket because all of these things check-out.

I thought maybe there was some issue with InControl 2.

I actually found the problem, but I’m waiting for Support to address it. CPU utilization is consistently over 80% and is frequently pegging at 100%. I found some other references to issues with the 8.0.2 build 3667 firmware.
