Hello all… I am new to the forum and hoping to find some info on setting up a UML290 on a Balance 20. We sent a Verizon 4G activated 290 to a client that has a balance 20 and he said it didn’t work (yes I am trying to find out more details 
) but in the meantime I am wondering if this should be plug and play or are their specific steps to make it function.
By default it should be plug and play without any further configuration for the mobile internet (USB) connection. May i know what is the firmware version running for the Balance 20 ? You have to make sure B20 firmware is up to date to make sure latest USB driver is included.
