I’ve been trying to update all of my Peplink Balance 20 units remotely to 5.4.7
I was able to upgrade all of them except for two. When I try to update them, it sends the firmware file like normal, but after a few minutes it gives me the following error: “0Problem preparing for firmware upgrade. Please try again later.”
Both units that are having this problem are running 5.4.4
Any ideas on what I can try? Please keep in mind that these are remote units, so doing anything physically to the unit is not possible.
