Hi,
We have a Balance 20 router at a remote site that stop issuing DHCP addresses. After power cycle the router, it became unresponsive to attempts to reach the management website. Pressing the reset pin to bring it to factory defaults don’t get to reboot the router. After power on, the status light turns red (as it is supposed to do) for a brief moment then goes off for over a minute before it turns green.
Any kind of troubleshooting recommended?
