Balance 20 to 20X

Hello,

I am upgrading a client from a Balance 20 to a 20X. Can I simply download the configuration from the 20 and upload to the 20X?
The 20 is on Firmware 8.0.2 build 3667 and Hardware version 6
The 20X is on Firmware 8.0.2 build 1045 and Hardware version 1

I found the Configuration Converter in the Pavilion Support Tab. However, I don’t see the option of Converting a Balance 20 to the 20X. Please advise when the converter will be available.

Balance 20 and 20X are different platforms. Please configure it manually for the time being.
