Balance 20 PPTP unstable

I have a Balance 20 (HW rev. 3) running firmware 7.0.0 build 3310 installed at a client’s site. PPTP is proving to be very erratic. More often than not it fails within a short period of time after connecting and then will not accept connections unless it is rebooted. In a good number of cases it also causes the balancer to completely crash requiring a power cycle. Anybody else experiencing something similar? Is this a known bug?

There are 5 user accounts, usually only 1 connected and never more than 3 at the same time.

Please grab a diagnostic report when the issue happens and before rebooting it and attach this to a new support ticket with us.
