Just got my self a balance 20 working great other than the pppoe will not connect on one of my isp
Just keeps coming up saying connecting then no cable and just keeps repeating over and over
I checked with my isp make sure had right login info and all was good
If I connect it to my old router it connects and works
So I’m at a loss here
Any help would be great
Can you please try setting your MTU to 1492 and see if it connects?

Thanks for quick reply I just updated the router and it started to work not sure if that had anything to do with it but it’s working

Glad to hear it is working 
PPPoE connections often need the MTU set to 1492 as 8 bits are reserved.
