Hey does the Balance 20 HW Revision 1 not accept FW 6.3.0 build 3100? It keeps telling me there is an error with the firmware image. If that is the case what are the HW revisions that can accept 6.3.0 build 3100 so I know for the future?

It needs to be HW Rev 2 or higher, we have been shipping Rev 2 units since Fall of 2010. Thanks.
