Been using a Peplink Balance 20 successfully at our office (15 active users) for about a year now. Everything has been perfect - we love the device.
This morning, first day of the work week, our whole network was down. Upon troubleshooting, the load balancer’s DHCP server… and everything else… was down. The power was on, but the status light was off. Despite hard resetting with a paperclip (not sure after 10 seconds the lights even flickered…) nothing worked. Could not access web interface… nothing.
Any advice? Already opened a support ticket.
