I have a client with a Balance 20, Running 5.3.12, Hardware version 1. In the past I tried to upgrade it to version 7.1.0 of the Firmware. It gave me a “fatal error” message every time I tried. I found an article that stated that 5.3.12 was a high as the Balance 20 could go. The guy I work with tell me that it can go to 7.1.0, but I can not find the article I read earlier. Please help me !!!

It seems that all Balance 20 versions can go to 7.1.0.

Try upgrading to 6.3.4 first, then 7.x
