It appears that the monthly/daily/hourly graphs for usage stats has stopped working and has no history since the last year.

May i know the firmware version running for your device ? Beside that, may i know the device time is configure correctly ?

Hi, v5.4.9 build 1564 and time zone is set to EST - 0.peplink.pool.ntp.org
Very old firmware running for the device.
Please open a support ticket for support team to check. Mostly i believe this is related to old firmware issue.

If I could be directed as to if there would be any issues or possible fallout upgrading from this version.
