Hello @Richard_Anderson,
The firmware version you are using is fairly old now, having been released almost 18 months ago.
Per @Jonathan_Pitts’s comment, moving the router to the newer GA release version earlier may have prevented the VLANs from stopping.
Now that your router is online, I suggest moving to either:
- Peplink Firmware 8.4.1 GA
Balance/MAX Firmware 8.4.1 Now in GA - Peplink Firmware 8.4.1 Special Release 032 (if you’re using SpeedFusion)
[Known Issue] [v8.4.1] SpeedFusion may get stuck on "Updating Routes" if no devices are connected to LAN port. - #5 by mldowling
These are some of the related published fixes to the Virtual WAN feature since 8.3.0 GA:
Firmware 8.4.0 GA ( https://download.peplink.com/resources/firmware-8.4.0-release-notes.pdf )
Firmware 8.4.1 GA ( https://download.peplink.com/resources/firmware-8.4.1-release-notes.pdf )
To review the release notes, go to the Peplink Firmware Archive Firmware & Documentation- Peplink and filter your router model to download or use the links above.
Happy to Help,
Marcus
