My customer purchased a new b-one-t-prm and the power connector will not connect properly. It locks in place but will not stay on. I move it side to side and the power light goes on and off?
Is this a faulty connector or a bad design?

I had the same thing happen to me. I bent the pins on the power supply to force them to make contact until the place I ordered it from could mail me a new adapter. The international adapter set they are shipping with it needs a re-work in my opinion. The place I ordered from shipped me a US specific replacement which is much better.
