B-One Ethernet speed not gigabit

Dear Community,
I hope anyone of you can help me with an issue I cannot figure out.

I have a B One (Current firmware version: 8.5.4) connected to a managed switch and a PC via Cat 7 cable.
The managed switch and PC have gigabit ports.
All port speed negotiations are set to Auto.

The speed on the B One I shows only fast ethernet (100Mbps, yellow led).
When I configure the port to 1000Mbps, I loose connection to the switch.

Can anyone relate to this and maybe know a fix?

We usually see this with CAT-7 when people try to use non-CAT-7 modular connectors with it.

Have you tested/certified the cable end to end?
