Might be a bit of an odd situation, as this is for a FirstNet system. I have set the apn to the supposed correct one and my client has verified that the IMSI of the sim and IMEI of the router should work together with their cellular provider. Is there anything I should be doing otherwise to make this work?
How long have you waited? I feel that sometimes it can take 10+ minutes before a connection stabilizes. Have you tried resetting the modem? (Click on the WAN, then click on the question mark under Cellular Settings, then click reset)
Hey Dave, thanks for responding. It’s been a recurring issue for a few days now. I’ve tried several different hard reset, restoring factory defaults, etc. However, I haven’t tried resetting the modem specifically; can you tell me more about that? Not seeing a question mark under Cellular Settings anywhere
I think it just reboots the modem so if you’ve tried hard resets and factory restores then you probably have other problems. I’d just open a support ticket.
