Hello, I´m considering buying 2 B One 5G for 2 mobile units, they will be producing a great quantity of medical information, so best upload connection is needed. My question is, if the routers are connected to an external MIMO 4x4 antenna, does the router supports MIMO 4x4 upload?

So, MIMO 2x2 only, thank you for the information. Is there a similar product that does offer 4x4 UP?
Maybe the MAX-BR2-PRO-5GK-T-PRM… But this unit is build to be used at United States of America.

Marcelo is correct, Peplink doesn’t use radios that support this yet. You’d need to jump into the x72 or higher to see uplink MIMO (but x72 does offer uplink MIMO on both TDD and FDD).
